Prices apply to bookings for up to 3 nights, longer stays will attract 10% discount. All prices include full cooked or continental style breakfast Light suppers available from £7.50

Our Booking Policy

(1) As a small business we are unable to accept credit card payments. We do however accept personal and company cheques, postal orders and cash.

(2) ‘We only confirm reservations upon receipt of a deposit equal to the cost of one night’s bed and breakfast per room. We will hold rooms booked for 3 days from the time of the reservation being requested, to allow for the deposit to be sent by post. (Booking will be first acknowledged as "provisional" and then confirmed by e-mail upon our receipt of the deposit)

(3) Should it be necessary to cancel a reservation for which a deposit has been paid, we will not keep the deposit provided notification is received before 12 noon 2 days before the confirmed arrival date. After that time, if we are unable to let the room the deposit will be treated as a cancellation fee and will not be returned

(4) We are not V.A.T. registered and so we do not charge or include V.A.T. in our prices.
